So to gain this clarity, you want to know how much and why you use screens.
Aside from this, you want to evaluate how excessive screen use is affecting your life.
How are your relationships affected?
How is your self-actualization process affected?
How is your health affected?
If you have a spouse, you can exchange your feelings with each other.
You can discuss how excessive social media and screen use is affecting your connection and unity.
Then you can have an optimistic talk about how you DO want to see your relationship.
Know where you are, and where you want to go.
