In a different environment a digital detox may be easier, especially when you’re in vacation mode.
When you’re in the midst of your own routines and habits that involve social media and your smartphone, it’s harder to introduce a digital detox.
You can use the 111 method to test if you’re able to stay away from screens for a specific period of time.
This method consists of 3 moments where you don’t use your smartphone or/and any other screens you may want to include in that no-tech period.
