Rearrange the Puzzle Pieces of Your Belief System

When it comes to what you want to do, you must think clearly.

If you want to invest time and attention into something ask yourself:

Will this be important to me in 25 years? Will I be proud of this activity?

Unfortunately many of us don’t think so clearly.

Many of us live our lives in a way that makes life seem as the most normal thing in the world.

Like there is absolutely nothing special about it. Like it’s a given that we will live 100 years on this planet.

Most of us are not making a life out of this, but only a living.  A worm, an insect, an animal, they all make a living.

To make a living with our highly sophisticated brain is highly underestimating our own power and capabilities.

We have the power to make a life out of this, to grow and become a grateful and happy person leading a fulfilling life.

Deep down we want to make a life out of this one existence that has been given to us, but somehow we think we can’t.

It’s fascinating how people can stay trapped in their circumstances, a mental prison which they don’t even realise exist.

It is explainable though.

In the video I explain how a belief system is shaped like a puzzle when we are young.

When we are young we are dependent and super receptive. The input from our environment determines the puzzle, our belief system.

In photos of us as children, you see huge smiles. But somehow the older we become, the more serious we become.

You can say we’re dying in installments. The more conclusions we make, the lesser alive we become.

We call this knowledge, but it’s conclusions we are drawing about everything. These conclusions come initially from the puzzle that was created for us.

When we grow up and can think for ourselves, we sadly still operate from that puzzle.

If you’ve been blessed with a positive optimistic puzzle, you’re probably in a good place.

In case the puzzle is corrupted and full of detrimental beliefs, this has serious repercussions on your life.

Because we think what we believe is true, we don’t question our beliefs about ourselves and the world.

It’s ingrained in us, we are trained to believe the things we believe.

It takes proper introspection to question our beliefs one by way one, and to replace them with better empowering beliefs.

In other words, you want to become super self aware to rearrange the puzzle pieces thoroughly. What is the truth for you?

Is the story you tell yourself about yourself a true story? Or is it a repetitive story that was told by someone else?

Learn to draw your own conclusions. Don’t stay stuck in your own beliefs. Don’t automatically assume everyone is wrong when you think you’re right.

Learn to be curious and to see things from different perspectives.

Especially if you’re not happy with your life, you want to ask yourself if some new data might make sense after all.

We are often in our own way. It is easy to victimize ourselves, but if you’re not where you want to be in life, doesn’t that mean you are lacking knowledge? Acquiring knowledge means opening up your mind to make new conclusions.

This includes your beliefs about social media and your smartphone as well.
