If You’re Reactive, At Least Witness Your Phone Claiming Your Awareness

There are zillion of things to think about.

When you are aware or focus on one thing whether that is someone or something, then all the other zillion topics don’t experience that privilege.

The question is where is your awareness most of the time?

We differentiate ourselves from animals in many ways. One of them is the presence of awareness.

Dogs are constantly reactive. They don’t really think about their actions. They just do.

We people have the freedom of choice.

We can witness what our mind wants us to do, and then decide not to do it.

Our smartphones demand our awareness all the time.  So much, that we pretty much have become reactive.

A chirp, vibration, sound, ping: enough for our phone to have our awareness exactly where it wants it to be.

Most people allow technology to control where their awareness goes in their mind.

This is a shame, since how can we really build, work, maintain and improve our lives, if our awareness can’t be dedicated to exactly that for a respectable amount of time without interruptions?

We don’t really move forward.

Watch the video where you see me explain this idea using the flashlight analogy.

As soon as we control where awareness goes we control where energy flows. As soon as we control where energy is flowing we control what is manifesting in our life.
